Change small business shares

Currently we have a president with 510 shares. And a vice president with 490 shares. We would like to change this to show 1000 shares to the president and remove the vice president. This is a small business corp in CA. What for do I need to fill out to do this?.--Answer1:Either the President or the corporation will have to purchase the shares owned by the Vice President. If the President purchases them he/she will own all 1000 shares. If the corporation purchases them it can either hold them as treasury stock or sell them to the President or award them to the President as a bonus (Hey, if Wall Street can grant multi million dollar bonuses for going belly up I dont see why a small business corporation cant issue a stock bonus to its President)In any event if the shares are owned by the Vice President they will have to be purchased from the Vice President.Hope this helpsJerry-the-bookkeeper
