I to put it on my personal computer so it is more private but there is a lot of work saved..--Answer1:"File > Back Up" to create a portable file of QBs records that you can save elsewhere on the hard drive or on a disc or a memory stick to copy onto another computer. If that other computer also has QB installed, you can import the backup file into the program and pick up where you left off on the first one. Without QB installed, the backup file is essentially an archive. Any changes you make on one computer wont automatically update the other computers copy, though, so you want to be conscientious about which comp knows what.
